JVC’s presence in Portland, ME can be characterized as intentional and holistically welcoming. The house is warm, inviting, and ready to host insightful community and spirituality nights, as well as settle in with a warm cup of tea and spend time together as a community. The JV home is located near Cheverus High and a quick walk down Ocean Ave to the local Jesuit community.
Portland is an easily navigable location for transit with a lot of accessibility to the core downtown area just above the wharf. The local formation team is truly special and have supported JVs by getting to know their new city while modeling the four values of JVC.
