Careers at JVC
For close to 70 years, the Jesuit Volunteer Corps has worked to build a more just and hopeful world by placing young leaders in solidarity and service with marginalized communities. This is no small task. Each year, we recruit and support more than 100 volunteers, coordinate with more than 150 partner agencies, and provide meaningful engagement to more than 12,000 alumni and donors.
We rely on passionate and creative professionals to further this mission. Many of our employees are former Jesuit Volunteers, while others are drawn to us as a justice organization at the front lines of social change. Our team is distributed across several states, and we also have some full-time employees who work out of our office in Baltimore. A handful of staff are part-time volunteer support staff and they live and work in cities where we place volunteers.
